Treballar amb persones i ajudar-los dia a dia a millorar la seva vida i a entendre la situaci\u00f3 \u00e9s una tasca complicada i alhora incre\u00efble. Ha de tenir, a m\u00e9s, la capacitat per a ordenar i prioritzar les tasques assignades, les accions i els projectes que s’han de desenvolupar. La finalitat \u00e9s aconseguir els resultats esperats en el temps adequat amb la qualitat i els recursos utilitzats.<\/span><\/p>\n

D’altra banda, \u00e9s molt important que tingui iniciativa, que sigui aut\u00f2nom i actu\u00ef de manera proactiva per a resoldre de la forma m\u00e9s efica\u00e7 les tasques que sorgeixen en el seu dia a dia laboral. Comprendre i assumir les decisions per compte propi en el desenvolupament de les seves funcions i responsabilitats \u00e9s un dels punts m\u00e9s importants que ha de complir el treballador social.<\/span><\/p>\n

Aquesta professi\u00f3 requereix molta paci\u00e8ncia i empatia per a interaccionar de la manera m\u00e9s positiva amb les persones. Una de les coses que fa un treballador social \u00e9s identificar les motivacions i necessitats de cadascuna d’aquestes persones, fomentant un bon clima de relacions en el context laboral.<\/span><\/p>\n
