Segons la darrera convocat\u00f2ria, la fase d’oposici\u00f3 estar\u00e0 formada pels exercicis seg\u00fcents, que se celebraran en un mateix acte el mateix dia, lloc i hora, un a continuaci\u00f3 de l’altre.<\/p>\n

Primer exercici<\/span><\/h3>\n

De car\u00e0cter te\u00f2ric, escrit, obligatori i eliminatori. Consistir\u00e0 a contestar un q\u00fcestionari test sobre les mat\u00e8ries del programa.<\/p>\n

Constar\u00e0 de 100 preguntes amb quatre respostes alternatives de les quals nom\u00e9s una \u00e9s la correcta. La durada de l\u2019exercici ser\u00e0 de 90 minuts. Es qualificar\u00e0 de 0 a 60 punts. La nota m\u00ednima per superar aquest exercici ser\u00e0 de 30 punts (l’equivalent al 50% de la nota m\u00e0xima possible, amb independ\u00e8ncia del territori, del nombre d’inst\u00e0ncies presentades en aquest territori i del sistema general o de persones amb discapacitat).<\/p>\n

Les persones aspirants que no superin aquesta nota m\u00ednima tindran la consideraci\u00f3 de no aptes i quedaran ja excloses del proc\u00e9s selectiu. Les preguntes encertades es valoraran amb 0,60 punts; les preguntes no encertades i les que continguin respostes m\u00faltiples descomptaran 0,15 punts; les preguntes no contestades no seran puntuades.<\/p>\n

La puntuaci\u00f3 obtinguda per cada aspirant es correspondr\u00e0 amb el nombre de respostes encertades, feta la deducci\u00f3 de les no encertades.<\/p>\n

Consistir\u00e0 a respondre un q\u00fcestionari test de 40 preguntes, amb 4 respostes alternatives de les quals nom\u00e9s una \u00e9s la correcta i referides a 2 casos pr\u00e0ctics de dilig\u00e8ncia judicial que seran proposats pel tribunal.<\/p>\n

La durada de l\u2019exercici ser\u00e0 de 60 minuts i es qualificar\u00e0 de 0 a 40 punts, a ra\u00f3 d\u20191 punt per pregunta encertada. Les preguntes no encertades i les que continguin respostes m\u00faltiples descomptaran 0,25 punts i les no contestades no seran puntuades.<\/p>\n
